■作品概要
結成から5年。想像もしていなかった局面を何度も乗り越えてきた7人は、かけがえのない仲間であり、時にライバルであり、何より“友達”として歩んできた。
その時間の中で育まれた絆は「この場所で運命を変える」という揺るがない意志へと昇華し、初のアルバム『FR1ENDS』として結実した。
リード曲「FUJIYAMA FRIENDS」は、富士山の如く高くそびえる頂を見据え、それでも足を止めない姿を描く一曲。和とストリート、祈りと反骨といった対照的な要素が共存するサウンドが印象的だ。
本作には、メンバー7人が自らのテーマで作詞・作曲を手がけたソロ楽曲も収録。荒削りながらも、ぼくらなりの理念「DIY（Do 1t Yourself）」のもと、一人ひとりの“1”が重なり合い、個と集団が共鳴するこれからのOHLの存在意義を証明する一作となっている。
Five years since their formation. The seven members have overcome countless unforeseen challenges, walking together as irreplaceable companions, at times as rivals, and above all, as “friends.”
The bond nurtured through those years has evolved into an unshakable determination to “change our destiny in this place,” culminating in their first album, FR1ENDS.
The lead track, “FUJIYAMA FRIENDS,” portrays a group gazing toward a summit towering as high as Mount Fuji—yet refusing to stop moving forward. Its sound is striking, blending contrasting elements such as Japanese tradition and street culture, prayer and rebellion.
The album also includes solo songs written and composed by each of the seven members around their own individual themes. Though raw, the work embodies our philosophy of “DIY (Do 1t Yourself).” Each person’s “1” overlaps and resonates, proving the future significance of OHL as both individuals and a collective.
